Join us for a day of community, connection, and purpose at the Granite Recovery Centers 2026 Softball Tournament on Sunday, June 14th from 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM at 70 South Fruit Street, Concord, NH. On the Road to Wellness is honored to be a benefiting organization of this event, alongside a network of partners committed to supporting recovery and wellness across New Hampshire. For over 35 years, On the Road to Wellness has provided free, non-clinical peer support services to adults navigating mental health and substance use recovery. With locations in Manchester and Derry, NH, we offer an open-door space where individuals can access support without barriers—no insurance, no ID, just community. This tournament is more than a day of softball—it’s an opportunity to: Bring people together in support of recovery Raise critical funds to sustain free, accessible services Strengthen partnerships across the recovery community Every dollar raised helps us keep our doors open, providing daily support groups, one-on-one peer support, holistic wellness programming, outreach, and transportation assistance to thousands of individuals each year.
